Summary statement
The Church Pension Fund and its affiliates ("CPG") is committed to respecting your privacy and safeguarding your data. The following is a summary of the CPG privacy policy. We have tried to be as accurate as possible in this summary. However, in the event of a conflict between this summary and the CPG privacy policy, the CPG privacy policy will govern.

General rules
CPG will use or share your data with third parties only for purposes that are consistent with its charitable mission of service to the Episcopal Church (the "Church"). CPG is also committed to complying with all applicable privacy and security laws. Please note that the CPG privacy policy does not apply to institutional data or data that is publicly available (for example, on the World Wide Web).

Account servicing and pastoral communications
CPG may use and share your data with its business partners in order to service your accounts and to provide you with financial planning services. CPG may also publish your professional and ecclesiastical data ("basic data") in the Episcopal Clerical Directory in all of its printed and digital forms ("ECD"). CPG may also share your data with certain other Episcopal institutions or entities, or as required by civil or canon law.

Product, services, and event announcements
CPG may use and share your data with others, including its service providers and official agencies and organizations of the Church, in order to inform you about CPG products and services or about announcements about CPG and Church events. You have the right to opt out of this use of your data by contacting CPG by mail or email (see below).

Non-basic clergy data and emails
Other than your basic data, CPG will not publish your personal information in the ECD without your permission. CPG will not use or share your email addresses (other than your work or ecclesiastical email addresses) without your permission. You have the reasonable right to revoke such permission by contacting CPG by mail or email (see below).

Other uses of data
CPG collects information from the visitors to its website (including, but not limited to the use of cookies). Other permitted uses or sharing of data may be specified in the CPG privacy policy or on the CPG website.
