In this one-of-a-kind experience developed by people from diverse backgrounds and specialties, you will have the opportunity to focus on four areas affecting your overall wellness:
- Spiritual - offers you a sacred space to contemplate your interior life and relationship with God in Christ and to experience God’s deep love for you.
- Vocational - assists you to discern more clearly the congruence between what God calls you to be and the ways in which that call is lived out with energy and integrity.
- Health - promotes holistic reflection on your physical and emotional health and well-being, stewardship of your body, and development of a plan to address your health needs.
- Financial - provides exploration of personal financial management along with reflection on your God-given resources and how best to use those gifts in response to God’s call.
